There are a number of obvious attributes that a CBD wholesaler should have when setting up a distribution network for their clients. They are the ones that come to mind instantly, like trust, good communication and an ability to provide a good product.

But what could a CBD wholesale provide that is above and beyond’ the reseller’s expectations?

Nobody likes it when a package goes missing, and they like it even less if that package is lost forever, never to be found. It causes an unjust amount of worry and stress that a customer just doesn’t expect to have to come up against. So when a wholesaler provides full traceability it gives that little seal of approval to the customer or reseller that they know they can provide what is needed in a timely, organised and monitored fashion, right up until the point the product reaches its destination. That is the minimum a customer expects and wants to occur.

Peace of Mind

If a wholesaler is are able to state that their product is environmentally friendly, has had nothing else added to it in the production process and has very few drawbacks when used then they are on to a winner. Consumers and resellers like to be able to promote such qualities in the products they use and sell. It is these qualities that get the wholesaler regular returning sales, so if they have such qualities to state then the customers will know their product is likely to be better for it.

Good morals

This may be an obvious one, but if the CBD wholesale representatives communicate with very little unnecessary extra spiel thrown in then the customer knows they are likely to be dealing with a wholesaler who has good morals. Such an experience during communication can determine if that customer or reseller returns, so cutting out anything other than the helpful information is key. Honesty and a helpful attitude will usually be all that it takes to better communication.

Education

Along with good morals comes a good understanding of the product. If a CBD wholesaler wants to be able to convey how great its product is on a regular basis and at the expected standard then it needs to make sure its workers are well educated in it. It is obvious when a salesperson does not know their product, so a wholesaler who invests in their colleague’s education and understanding clearly has a good understanding themselves of the importance that insight will bring.
